Heavy-Duty Dog Sled – Push, Pull Drag Training Sled for Strength Conditioning
The Dog Sled is one of the most versatile pieces of strength and conditioning equipment you can add to your gym. Built tough with a heavy-duty steel frame and powder-coated finish, this sled is designed for pushing, pulling, and dragging exercises to build explosive power, strength, and endurance.
Perfect for athletes, cross-training, and functional fitness, the sled can be loaded with Olympic weight plates to scale resistance to your training goals. Dual uprights allow for multiple grip positions when pushing, while the front eyelets make it easy to attach harnesses, straps, or ropes for dragging exercises.
Whether you’re training speed, improving conditioning, or building raw strength, the Dog Sled delivers a full-body workout that hits your legs, core, and upper body. Its compact design also makes it easy to use indoors on turf or outdoors on a variety of surfaces.
