Foam Plyo Box Set – Stackable Soft Plyometric Boxes
The Foam Plyo Box Set is designed with safety and performance in mind, giving users the confidence to perform plyometric training without the fear of injury. Made from high-density foam with a soft exterior, these boxes reduce impact on joints and minimise the risk of scrapes or bruises during training.
Each box is equipped with strong Velcro straps, allowing you to securely stack them together for a wide range of jump heights. Whether you’re performing box jumps, step-ups, or other explosive drills, this set provides versatility for athletes of all levels.
Plyometric training is one of the most effective ways to build speed, strength, and explosive power. By loading and contracting muscles quickly, exercises like box jumps help improve vertical jump, sprinting, and overall athletic performance. These movements also boost heart rate, metabolism, and fat burning—making them an excellent addition to any workout.
