Olympic Hex Shrug Dead-Lift Barbell
The Olympic Hex Shrug Dead-Lift Barbell is designed for lifters who want to train heavy while maintaining proper form and reducing lower-back strain. Its hexagonal shape allows you to stand in the centre of the bar, placing the load closer to your body for safer and more efficient deadlifts, shrugs, and farmer-walk movements.
Built from solid steel with a durable chrome finish, this bar features 50mm free-rotating Olympic sleeves compatible with all Olympic plates. The handle spacing provides a natural grip position, making it ideal for strength athletes, PT studios, and serious home gym users looking to maximise power and performance.
A pair of Olympic spring collars is included for secure plate fastening during training.
